POLICY - Please read carefully before booking​

Services costing over $100 require a non-refundable deposit of $50.

Services under $100 require a $20 non-refundable deposit.

Deposits should be sent to royalhairottawa@gmail.com.

The deposited amount will be subtracted from your total bill during your appointment.

The remaining payment can be settled after your services are complete.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will share the salon's address. Please refrain from requesting the address until the deposit is confirmed.
Kindly be aware of the following time-related policies:

Arriving 15 minutes late will incur a $15 fee.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $50 fee.

If you're more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. A new deposit will be needed to reschedule.

To reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Final Sale Policy
​All sales of products at Royal Hair Ottawa are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any product purchases, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, which must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
